At the entrance of the Stubai Valley, only two kilometers from the Brenner motorway, the traditional village of Mieders is located at 942 meters of altitude. The corresponding Serles ski area has 8 kilometers of excellently groomed slopes with perfect snow conditions thanks to the snow cannons. The modern 8-seater gondola takes you up the Koppeneck to the mountain station at 1680m where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, winter hiking and ski touring.
For snowboarders there are beautiful wide slopes for carving. The 29 kilometers of cross-country trails are at a snow-sure altitude of 1500 to 1700 meters. Mieders also has an extensive network of hiking trails and a toboggan run, where every Tuesday and Friday you can also have fun at nighttime when it is floodlit.
