This ski area casts a special magical spell over everyone who comes here. The wild, imposing Dolomites have a unique atmosphere that attracts all types of winter sports fanatics. The resorts in this area, including St. Ulrich and Wolkenstein, are welcoming and also offer good opportunities for cross-country skiing and hiking with access to 80km of trails. In most cases, visitors can ski directly to the their accommodation making this a very relaxed ski holiday destination.
The ski area is enormous and offers endless kilometers of runs adapted to every type of skier. However, the majority of the ski slopes are red and blue and are relatively easy and pleasant making this an ideal ski area for beginners and intermediate skiers. More advanced skiers will also find demanding runs to challenge their skills and get some thrills.
